INGREDIENTS:
225g mince
1 small onion
3 tablespoons self-raising flour
Small amount water
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Oil for frying
PROCEDURE:
Put flour into a bowl add egg, and beat. Gradually add just enough water to make a thick batter. Stir in onion, mince salt and pepper. Leave for 1 hour in warm place. Heat oil in frying pan. When hot drop in spoonfuls of mixture, and fry until golden. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, boiled rice and Puri.
