Something unusual is happening at the North Pole.

I can’t say what it is.
Not yet.
But I can tell you this:

There are signs.
Clues.
Little puzzle pieces scattered all around Christmas Town — tucked between snowdrifts, jingling between sleigh bells, even hidden in places most elves wouldn’t think to look.

I’ve been monitoring the situation from my Super Secret Sleuth Headquarters (right between the Cocoa Commissary and the Reindeer Runway), and let’s just say…

Things are about to get interesting.

Now, I know what you’re thinking:

“Jack, just tell us what’s going on!”

Oh, I’d love to.
Really, I would.

But I can’t tell you… ’cause it’s a secret.

(And when I say “secret,” I mean Super Secret. Even Santa raised an eyebrow.)

For now, all you need to know is this:

I’m preparing.
Zach is preparing.
The reindeer are preparing — though they don’t know they’re preparing.
And you, my sharp-eyed reader…
…will need to be ready too.
